Try it for 90 days from the day it arrives. If you do not think it was worth it, email us and we will refund what you paid for your first order, in full.
Nothing to send back, and it does not matter if the tub is empty. That is the point, since the research measures skin at eight to twelve weeks and we would rather you finished the test than rushed the decision.
One refund per customer, on your first order.
14 day exchange
If a tub arrives spoiled, if it smells off, tastes sour or wrong, or looks discolored or solid, stop using it and email us within 14 days of delivery. Send a photo and the lot number printed on the base and we will send a replacement free. Nothing to return.
We ask for the lot number because if a tub is genuinely off, that is a batch we need to check, not just an order we need to fix.
This covers a tub that is wrong, not a flavor you decided against. If it is simply not for you, the 90 day guarantee has you covered.
One exchange per order. It does not affect your 90 days, which run from your original delivery either way.
How to claim either
Email us with your order number. For an exchange, add a photo of the tub and the lot number from the base. We will reply within one business day.
